Digital Development Buys Montana Grower

It didn’t take long before some small-cap companies got into the act of buying other ones. Thursday, Digital Development Partners, Inc. (OTC:DGDM) , dwelling in the town of (honestly!) City of Industry, Calif., announced today that it completed the acquisition of Black Bird Potentials Inc., a Montana-licensed industrial hemp grower and a manufacturer and distributor of Zero-THC CBD products under its Grizzly Creek Naturals label.

DGDM has adopted the business plan of Black Bird and the company’s ongoing operations are now those of Black Bird. The acquisition of Black Bird was made solely with shares of DGDM stock.

DGDM President Fabian G. Deneault, commented, "The entire Black Bird team, which includes our incredibly supportive shareholders, is excited about the opportunity to bring our business vision to the public realm. And we believe the synergy achieved with the continued involvement of Jack and Bill as integral parts of the Black Bird team will yield dynamic results for all of our shareholders."

For its part, Black Bird makes and sells Zero-THC CBD products, including CBD Oils and CBD-infused personal care products

Volume was sleepy early Thursday afternoon, with only 1,000 shares changing hands (investors likely still in holiday mode), but prices sprang up 2.175 cents, or 15.5% to 16.18 cents.
