Iso Leaps on New Drill Hole Discovery

Mining companies are among the biggest movers in Canada, and Monday morning, Vancouver-based IsoEnergy Ltd. (TSX-Venture: ISO) took a bow.

The company reported new intersections of strong radioactivity in initial drill holes of the winter drilling program at the Hurricane zone. The Hurricane zone is a new discovery of high-grade uranium mineralization on the Company's 100% owned Larocque East property in the Eastern Athabasca Basin of Saskatchewan.

Drill hole LE20-34 intersected 8.5 metres of uranium mineralization including two metres of massive to semi-massive pitchblende measuring >65,000CPS. Drill hole LE20-32A also intersected 8.5 metres of uranium mineralization including 1.5 metres of massive to semi-massive pitchblende measuring >65,000CPS. The two drill holes are located on the west end of the Hurricane zone, approximately 75 metres apart.

Prices for ISO vaulted four cents, or 10.5%, to 42 cents, on volume of 461,000.
