It was an interesting trading day following the rally we saw yesterday. While certain sectors are attempting to hold onto Monday’s optimism, others fell off slightly, following the S&P 500. One sector in particular that caught our eye is the Communication Sector. While one of the three of eleven sectors in negative territory, we came across some interesting price movements.
Sector Standouts:
Video River Networks (OTC:NIHK) made a very strong move to bounce right off of its 50-day SMA. As the stock currently is trading at $.0108/share (+10.2 %), this is a strong continuation of the bullish run seen over the last four months.
Edgewater Wireless Systems Inc. (OTC:KPIFF) is following in the overall sector’s footsteps, currently trading down -14.85% to $.0281/share. While no headlines were announced, it appears this may have just been a continuation of the downtrend the stock has seen the entire year, as it makes its way back down away from the 100-day SMA it converged with in yesterday’s session.
