Softlab9 Pending Acquisition Of CleanGo GreenGo Takes Cleaning And Personal Protection Solutions To Market With Massive Scale-Up, Broad Distribution, Soaring Forecasted Profits

The second wave, as predicted, is here. With the recent surge in new ‘positive’ cases in the US and Canada, we are all taking a step back–about 6 feet to be precise. Dutiful citizens and responsible business are doing their part in fighting a pandemic. Enforcement is something none of us wants so the onus is on ‘we the people’ to do our part to minimize the spread of a persistent virus. One company making significant progress in helping to stem the spread of harmful pathogens, after its acquisition target acquisition, CleanGo GreenGo Inc (CGGG) received approvals for its bacterial cleaning and emulsification products, is Softlab9 Technologies Inc. (CSE: SOFT; OTC: SOFSF; Frankfurt: APO2).

The products are completed and approved, the manufacturing facilities are in place and distribution channels are lined up. Once the CGGG acquisition is completed in the next few weeks, SOFT is ready to hit ground running holding a company poised to move its cleaning product line into the mainstream. CleanGo GreenGo has been successful in opening up their retail rollout and the CleanGo GreenGo products are finding there way on to new retail shelves everyday. According to management the current market has never been better and projections for 2021 are looking very promising given the current situation. How will they achieve this? “Look for a string of partnerships, white labelling and distribution agreements with globally renowned partners,” says Softlab9 CEO, Rahim Mohamed.

The ‘league’ SOFT is playing in was demonstrated in July the company announced CleanGo GreenGo signed a launch agreement with multiple award-winning Harvest Growth, the marketing company behind OxiClean and Planters Peanuts.

As an investment, Mohamed points to SOFTLAB9’s relatively small market capitalization of about $8.5 million (at $0.50) and tight share structure. “We’re less than 17 million shares outstanding so you’re getting into a company that’s at the bottom of the ‘hockey stick’ where it’s about to take off.” The company is seeking to raise $3 -5 million at the time of the acquisition to fuel its rapid growth strategy.

The need to contain the spread SARS-COV-2 is more urgent than ever as seen in recent headlines: ‘US again surpasses 100,000 daily new cases as Joe Biden preps his coronavirus task force’(CNN), and ‘Canada sets new COVID-19 record with 4,248 cases reported in one day’ (CTV). Even as Pfizer reaches milestones for a new vaccine the world is arguably a few years off before this pandemic is under entirely under control.

In August SOFT announced CleanGo GreenGo Inc. had received all the necessary equipment to begin fogging services in commercial, residential, and large areas requiring sanitization. Beginning in its own backyard in Calgary, it’s the type of service that is a no-brainer for a well-branded franchise model. “CleanGo GreenGo Fogging Services is looking to implement these services across large population centers. The strategy is to find local partners and deliver a turnkey business solution with profit sharing revenue model,” says Mohamed.

Meanwhile, from its manufacturing facilities in Los Angeles and its packaging and labelling facilities in Calgary the company has a host of patent pending sanitizing products that are ready-for-market. These include an FDA and EPA-approved hand sanitizer along with its emulsifying all purpose cleaner, fabric and carpet cleaner and industrial cleaners. The non-citrus CleanGo GreenGo cleaning solutions are active at a molecular level which is what is required for fighting persistent bacteria and pathogens.

Fogging’ is used predominately for the application of disinfectants, biocides, fungicides and pesticides. The fogging equipment generates a fog or mist formed of Ultra Low Volume droplets. Through vaporisation, airborne and surface-based pathogens are destroyed, so there is no need to move furniture or equipment around for the treatment to work. Fogging is probably the quickest and easiest way to disinfect large areas with minimum disruption to a business.

The CleanGo GreenGo fogging solution has proven its effectiveness in reducing bacteria and viruses in recent test says Mr. Sarvucci, CEO of CleanGo GreenGo: “Alberta Health Services suggests that business’ should use 1,000 ppm bleach solution to disinfect your business and keep your customers, employees and contractors safe from the spread of SARS-COV-2. When comparing a bleach solution to our CleanGo GreenGo sanitizing solution in an ATP Hyiena Bacteria Test we found that our product cleaned the surface at a factor far superior to the recommended bleach solution.”

The SOFT/CleanGo GreenGo pairing is kind of formula that could fair well in a Global Household Cleaning Market expected to grow from $31.2B in 2019 and growing to $39B USD by end of 2020 as a result of the pandemic. This market is expected to witness a CAGR growth of 5.66% during the 2021-2026 period.

“We saw an opportunity to help people and business’ in our community and protect them from an outbreak that could possibly close their operations for good,” says Mohmmed. “The company has tested the efficacy of its products for treating today’s problems. We know that we need to sanitize and clean our homes, business, and public spaces. CleanGo GreenGo products do this in a green manner so its pet-friendly, family friendly, there’s no toxic substances or chemicals within the cleaner and all you have to do is use it once to see that this is such a winner. Once you put it into your house, you are not going to want to use anything else. We also offer complete fogging services that battle the spread of viruses pathogens, bacteria, and fungus. Sanitizing is now a staple in any business, be it in office, retail, restaurant, or the hospitality industry.”

Mohamed adds that there will be a host of company announcements waiting in the wings post acquisition, which may go a long way towards ‘cleaning up’ amidst an urgent market demand for keeping folks safer.
