Stock Pops 50% On Funding News

A Vancouver-based health-care company announced today that an investee (ImmunoFlex) is receiving advisory services and conditional research and development funding from the National Research Council of Canada Industrial Research Assistance Program (NRC IRAP). Karl Kottmeier, President of Chemistree Technology Inc. (CSE:CHM) went on to say that "this is a significant milestone for Immunoflex” and that they “are looking forward to further developments soon."

Chemistree, through its wholly-owned subsidiaries focused on making investments or acquisitions in areas relating to the United States cannabis sector, is focusing on providing turn-key solutions for the United States regulated cannabis industry. It generates revenue from the United States.

Traders couldn't get their hands on shares quickly enough as shares traded up to a session high of $0.15/share (+50.0%) following the news. This move is a strong continuation of the success this stock has had over the last three months, coming from around just $0.05 in December 2020.
