Constellation Software’s Q1 Revenue Rises 36% To $1.9 Billion

Canadian technology company Constellation Software (CSU) has reported first-quarter revenue of $1.9 billion U.S., up 36% from $1.4 billion U.S. a year earlier.

The Toronto-based company attributed the higher revenue to growth through the acquisition of software companies.

Constellation Software also reported Q1 net income of $94 million U.S, down 4% from $98 million U.S. a year earlier.

Earnings per share for the latest quarter amounted to $4.44 U.S., down from $4.63 U.S. in the same period of 2022.

Constellation Software’s stock has increased 35% in the past 12 months to trade at $2,630.12 per share.
