Under the NCIB, the company is authorized to purchase for cancellation, as opportunities arise from time to time over the next 12 months, up to 6,294,809 common shares, being equal to 10% of its public float of 62,948,090 Shares issued and outstanding as of August 14. As of August 14, there were a total of 63,440,472 Shares outstanding. Cineplex Inc.
