LDK Solar Co., Ltd. (NYSE: LDK) shares
increased 3.6% to $2.04 after the company announced that it has entered into a
share purchase agreement dated January 21, 2013 with Fulai Investments Limited,
which has agreed to purchase 17,000,000 newly issued ordinary shares of LDK
Solar, at a purchase price of $1.83 U.S. per share with an aggregate purchase price
of $31.1 million U.S. Share volume was 190,000, compared to an all-day average
of 226,000
