Pfizer (NYSE: PFE) shares moved higher 1.1% to $33.15. The company offered downbeat guidance for the New Year, citing a stronger U.S. dollar and drug-patent losses. The company posted adjusted profit of 54 cents a share on revenue of $13.12 billion. Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters had projected earnings of 53 cents a share on $12.9 billion in revenue.
