Symantec (NASDAQ: SYMC) shares faded 3.6% to $24.98. The company reported fourth-fiscal-quarter adjusted earnings of 43 cents a share, missing analysts’ estimate of 44 cents a share. Share volume was 4.9 million, compared to an all-day average of 4.3 million.
