10:37 AM EST - Sprott Resource Holdings Inc. : Announced today that in connection with its previously announced “best efforts” marketed offering of units, it has entered into an agency agreement with a syndicate of agents led by Sprott Capital Partners, a division of Sprott Private Wealth LP, and including Haywood Securities Inc., to sell up to 120,000,000 Offered Units at a price of $0.25 per Offered Unit for gross proceeds of up to $30,000,000.
