The RSU plan was approved by shareholders at the Company's AGM held on December 15, 2016 and subsequently by the TSX Venture Exchange. Of the 19,243,666 RSUs granted to directors and officers, 13,043,666 were granted to replace the equivalent number of incentive stock options which option holders agreed to cancel.
