Under the second tranche of the Private Placement, Silver Bull issued 3,125,000 units of the Company at a price of eight cents per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $250,000. Each Unit consisted of one common share in the capital of the Company and one Common Share purchase warrant. Each Warrant entitles the holder thereof to acquire one Common Share at a price of 13 cents until the second anniversary of the closing of the Private Placement. Silver Bull Resources, Inc.
