The Company now plans to complete a non-brokered private placement of 3,000,000 units at a price of $0.20 per Unit, for gross proceeds of up to $600,000. Each Unit consisting of one common share in the capital of the Company and one whole common share purchase warrant. Each Warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one Share at a price of $0.35 per Warrant Share for a period of 24 months following closing. Benz Mining Corp.
