09:46 AM EST - TD Bank Group : Announced its financial results for the fourth quarter ended October 31, 2018. Fourth-quarter reported earnings were $3 billion, up 9% on a reported basis and up 17% on an adjusted basis, compared with the same quarter last year. The Bank also announced its intention to amend its normal course issuer bid for up to an additional 20 million of its common shares, which is subject to regulatory approval.
