10:29 AM EST - Kerr Mines Inc. : Announced that the Phase II resource expansion program has commenced at the Copperstone Mine located in Arizona. In addition, Kerr has received a key environmental permit modification and is continuing with advanced metallurgical testing. The primary objective of the underground resource expansion program is to increase mine life by three to four years to total of eight years at a rate of 38,000-40,000 ounces of gold per year. The up to 15,000-metre underground program will be focused on the D and C zones of the Copperstone zone. Kerr Mines Inc.
