11:44 AM EST - Solium Capital Inc. : Has entered into a definitive arrangement agreement with Morgan Stanley under which Morgan Stanley, through a wholly-owned subsidiary, will acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Solium, subject to the approval of the Solium shareholders.Under the terms of the Arrangement Agreement, Morgan Stanley will acquire Solium's Shares in an all cash purchase pursuant to an arrangement under the Business Corporations Act (Alberta) and pay $19.15 for each Solium Share.
