10:51 AM EST - Encana Inc. : Announced its fourth-quarter financial results. For the fourth quarter 2018, Encana reported net earnings of $1.03 billion, or $1.08 per share. Non-GAAP operating earnings for the fourth quarter were $305 million, or $0.32 per share. Cash from operating activities for the fourth quarter was $559 million. Non-GAAP cash flow was $540 million, an increase of more than 20% when compared to fourth quarter of 2017. Encana Inc.
