The Private Placement consisted of the issuance of 2,391,713 units of the Company at $0.35 per Unit. Each Unit consisted of one common share of the Company and one half of one non-transferable common share purchase warrant. Each whole Warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional common share of the Company of the Company at a price of $0.50 per Warrant Share until April 3, 2021.
