Diluted net earnings per common share rose 10.0% to $0.44. Compared to the third quarter of Fiscal 2019: Sales increased by 9.6% to $947.6 million; Gross margin was 43.7% of sales, compared to 44.3% of sales; EBITDA( grew 4.3% to $273.2 million, or 28.8% of sales, compared to 30.3% of sales; Operating income grew 3.7% to $211.9 million, or 22.4% of sales, compared to 23.6%(2) of sales; and Diluted net earnings per common share increased by 10.0%, to $0.44 from $0.40.
