12:02 PM EST - EEStor Corporation : Said its board of directors has approved an increase in the size of its previously announced non-brokered private placement. The Corporation will now offer up to 17,000,000 units, at a price of $0.05 per Unit, for gross proceeds of up to $850,000. Each “Unit” will continue to consist of one common share of the Corporation, and one common share purchase warrant entitling the holder to acquire an additional common share at a price of $0.10 per share for a period of 24 months.
