09:50 AM EST - Uranium Participation Corporation : Has received approval from the Toronto Stock Exchange to acquire for cancellation, by way of normal course issuer bid up to 12,301,750 common shares of the Corporation, which, at the date hereof, represents approximately 10% of the public float. As of April 14, 2020, 138,060,713 Shares of the Corporation were outstanding. Daily purchases (a) made prior to June 30, 2020 will be limited to 181,704 Shares, representing 50% of the average daily trading volume in accordance with TSX Staff Notice 2020-0002 dated March 23, 2020, and (b) subsequently will be limited to 90,852 Shares which represents 25% of the average daily trading volume, other than block purchase exceptions.
