10:06 AM EST - Hello Pal International Inc. : Announced that it has completed its previously announced non-brokered private placement of 8,333,333 units at a price of $0.12 per Unit for gross proceeds of $1,000,000. Each Unit is comprised of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant, with each whole Warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional common share at a price of $0.25 per share for a period of two (2) years from the date of issue. All securities issued in connection with the Offering will be subject to a statutory hold period expiring April 2, 2021. The proceeds of the Offering will be used to grow the Company’s livestreaming business and working capital purposes. Hello Pal International Inc.
