10:40 AM EST - Seabridge Gold Inc. : Announced today that the underwriters of its previously announced bought deal financing of 6,100,000 common shares have fully exercised their option to purchase an additional 610,000 Common Shares, at a price of $17.25 U.S. per Option Share less underwriting commission. Closing of the financing, including the issue of the Option Shares, is expected to occur prior to market open on December 9. Seabridge Gold Inc.
