11:51 AM EST - Skylight Health Group Inc. : Announced it has closed its previously announced bought deal offering of 13,800,000 common shares in the capital of the Company at a price of C$1.00 per Common Share for aggregate gross proceeds to the Company of C$13,800,000, inclusive of the full exercise of the over-allotment option. The Offering was completed on a bought deal basis and was underwritten by a syndicate of underwriters led by Echelon Capital Markets as co-lead underwriter and sole bookrunner, Beacon Securities Ltd. and PI Financial Corp. as co-lead underwriters and including Mackie Research Capital Corp., Canaccord Genuity Corp. and Raymond James Ltd. Skylight intends to use the proceeds of the Offering for strategic M&A activities and general corporate purposes. Skylight Health Group Inc.
