With the departure of Moorman, Bengal has appointed Jerrad Blanchard as Chief Financial Officer of the Company, such appointment to be effective March 8, 2021. Blanchard was previously the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, from December 1, 2013 to September 29, 2017. Bengal Energy Ltd.
