11:36 AM EST - NexGen Energy Ltd. : Announced a major milestone in the advancement of regulatory approvals for the 100% owned Rook with the submission of the draft Environmental Impact Statement to the Saskatchewan Ministry of Environment and the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission. The EIS submission included letters of support for the Project from each of the Clearwater River Dene Nation (CRDN), Birch Narrows Dene Nation (BNDN), and Buffalo River Dene Nation (BRDN), which all have also endorsed the Project through the execution of Benefit Agreements with NexGen covering the entire lifespan of the Project.
