Pursuant to the Final Tranche of the Private Placement, the Company has issued 1,350,000 units at a price of $0.10 per Unit for gross proceeds of $135,000. Including the first tranche of the Private Placement which completed on August 26, 2022, the Company raised total aggregate gross proceeds of $335,000. Each Unit consists of one common share and one whole Common Share purchase warrant.
