MOUNT LAUREL, NJ, Nov 20, 2009 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- Global Resource Corp. (PINKSHEETS: GBRC), a developer of patent-pending microwave technology and machinery for extracting oil and gas, announced today that it has entered into a $10 million common stock purchase agreement with AGS Capital Group, a New York based institutional investor. Up to $10 million of Global Resource common stock may be sold from time to time over a 36-month period after the Securities and Exchange Commission has declared effective a registration statement related to the transaction. Global Resource will use the proceeds for working capital and will provide the company with the necessary capital for expansion requirements of commercializing the ground breaking microwave technology.
