12:26 PM EST - Terra Firma Capital Corporation : Has entered into an agreement to extend the secured revolving credit facility with a financial institution for a six-month term and to increase credit limit of the Facility from $10 million to $20 million. The agreement also provides the Company an option to extend the Facility for a subsequent six-month period.
