11:52 AM EST - Clean Commodities Corp. : Advises that as a result of the TSX Venture Exchange requiring certain amendments to the Corporation's previously announced financing, the Corporation reports that it has amended the proposed Financing to raise, on a non-brokered basis, gross proceeds of up to $1,500,000 (previously $1,200,000) by way of the issuance of up to 20,000,000 common share units at a price of $0.075 per unit (previously $0.06).
