11:53 AM EST - Wheaton Precious Metals Corp. : Announced that Kutcho Copper Corp. completed the acquisition of the Kutcho high grade copper-zinc-silver-gold project as well as the closing of a $20-million subordinated secured convertible term debt loan and a $65-million U.S. Early Deposit Precious Metals Purchase Agreement with Wheaton and the subsequent release of escrowed funds and conversion of subscription receipts under its $14.7-million private placement announced on December 8.
