In January 2018, after giving effect to the acquisition of CFCL, total AUM increased to $11.5 billion. Total net revenues (net of commission expenses, trailer fees, sub-advisor fees and performance fee payouts) were $121.8 million, reflecting a decrease of $11.4 million (9%) from the year ended December 31, 2016.
