12:14 PM EST - Pacific Topaz Resources Ltd. : Announced that it has signed an arm's length non-binding letter of intent dated March 13, 2018 with Western Atlas Resources Inc. to effect a business combination. Western Atlas is a privately held mineral exploration company based in British Columbia, and holds the rights to a package of mineral claims located in the Meadowbank and Committee Bay regions of Nunavut, Canada. Certain of Western Atlas's fully-permitted and drill-ready claims are continguous with Agnico Eagle's Meadowbank project. Pacific Topaz Resources Ltd.
