10:05 AM EST - Divestco Inc. : Intends to enter into a financing arrangement for $3.15 million with a 30-month term and an interest rate of 15% per annum compounded monthly in arrears until maturity. The majority of the Loan will be held by directors and other insiders of Divestco. The proceeds of the Loan will be used to repay a $3.0 million term loan with BC-OSB Holdings Ltd.. The closing in respect of the Loan is expected to occur on April 23, or such later date as may be agreed to by the parties. Divestco Inc.
