09:54 AM EST - The Stars Group Inc. : Announced today the upsizing and pricing of its underwritten public offering of common shares at a price of $38.00 U.S. per common share. The underwriters have agreed to purchase 17,000,000 common shares from the Company and 8,000,000 common shares from certain shareholders of the Company. The net proceeds to the Company, after underwriting discounts and commissions, but before estimated expenses of the Offering payable by the Company, are expected to be approximately $622 million U.S. The Stars Group Inc.
