Zonetail is a company which specializes in a mobile technology platform of local mobile content which, using a cloud-based content management system, connects user with their location and surroundings, as described in more detail in the Previous Press Release. Upon completion of the Transaction, the combined entity will continue to carry on the business of Zonetail. Revelstoke Equity Inc.
