10:50 AM EST - Intertape Polymer Group Inc : Has closed on its previously exercised call option to acquire the outstanding 26% interest in Powerband Industries Private Limited for $9.9 million. The Company held the option under a shareholders agreement with the minority shareholders of Powerband.
