01:17 PM EST - Yellow Pages Limited : Released its operational and financial results today for the quarter ended September 30, 2019. Despite revenue pressures, the Adjusted EBITDA less CAPEX margin increased to 36.1% as compared to 33.9% for the same period last year as a result of the divestiture of unprofitable or non-synergistic businesses and revenues as well as cost reductions in the YP segment. Adjusted EBITDA less CAPEX decreased by $8.7 million year-over-year and amounted to $35.4 million. Net earnings decreased by $13.3 million to $13.8 million, or $0.49 per diluted share.
