The Offering now consists of: (i) up to 640,130 units comprised of one non flow-through common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant to be issued on a non flow-through basis; (ii) up to 2,025,050 flow-through units comprised of one flow-through common share and one-half of one Warrant to be issued on a non-flow-through basis; and (iii) up to 3,206,400 "flow-through" common shares.
