LEXINGTON, MA / ACCESSWIRE / November 4, 2015 / Oasis Systems, a leading provider of Information Technology, Systems Engineering and Enterprise Applications to the Department of Defense, announced today that it acquired Maryland-based MAR, Incorporated in an all-cash transaction.
MAR, Incorporated was founded in 1971 and is a high quality provider of Systems Engineering and Integration, Information Technology/Cyber Security, Specialized Facilities Management, and Intelligence and Special Programs to the U.S. Navy and other Federal Agencies.
