(OTC Pink: CGAC) today announced a key addition to its executive leadership team with the hiring of Tom Witthuhn as Chief Operating Officer. With deep experience in the apparel industry, Mr. Witthuhn will strengthen Code Green Apparel's executive team as the company continues to introduce its offering of Sustainable Textile Solutions to companies worldwide.

Mr. Witthuhn joins Code Green Apparel Corp. from Avani Holdings LLC, where he served as Chief Executive Officer. He previously held a variety of executive leadership positions, including CEO with Global Fashion Technologies, a publicly-traded company where he led the company's entry into the Rejuvenated Textile market. At Code Green Apparel, Mr. Witthuhn will serve as Chief Operating Officer where he will oversee all operational functions, including research and development, products, global sales, manufacturing and supply chain.
