7/21/2014 - 11:58 AM EST - DEQ Systems Corp. : announced today the issuance of 250,000 stock options to Mr. Joseph E. Bertolone, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Each option will confer to its holder the right to subscribe one common share of DEQ Systems Corp. at an exercise price of forty cents ($0.40) per share. Stock options will be vested 20% per year over a five-year term starting from the first anniversary date of the granting of the stock options. DEQ Systems Corp.
