7/25/2014 - 9:47 AM EST - PrairieSky Royalty Ltd : announced that it has entered into a purchase and sale agreement with Shoreline Energy Corp. to sell its royalty interests in its Canadian land base to PrairieSky for total gross proceeds of $9 million. The Agreement contains customary closing conditions and the Transaction is expected to close in early August. PrairieSky Royalty Ltd
