7/30/2014 - 11:43 AM EST - Mineral Mountain Resources Ltd. : announced that it has entered into an agreement with M Partners Inc. to offer up to 60,000,000 units on a private placement commercially reasonable efforts basis at a price of $0.05 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to $3,000,000. Proceeds from the Offering will be used to continue the evaluation of Mineral Mountain's Holy Terror Project located in South Dakota, and for general working capital purposes.
