8/21/2014 - 11:46 AM EST - Tyhee Gold Corp. : reported that the Maturity Date of the previously announced Note Purchase Agreement with RMB Australia Holdings Limited has been extended to September 30. Under the terms of the Agreement, RMB Australia provided the Company with a $5-million U.S. loan, which was to mature on August 13, and bears interest at 2% per month. Tyhee Gold Corp.
shares V.TDC are trading down $0.01 at $0.08.
