8/29/2014 - 9:56 AM EST - Rubicon Minerals Corporation : announced the Ontario Divisional Court has dismissed an application for judicial review that was previously filed by Wabauskang First Nation in respect of Rubicon's production closure plan for its fully-permitted Phoenix Gold Project located in Red Lake, Ontario. Construction of the Project has been unaffected. The Project remains on schedule for projected production in mid-2015. Rubicon Minerals Corporation
