12/19/2014 - 11:41 AM EST - Alterra Power Corp. : has received $22.5 million of funds related to Tranche B of its previously announced $110-million holding company loan facility. The funds will be used as part of Alterra's equity capital for the Shannon wind project, which is projected at approximately $45 million U.S. The third tranche of the loan facility ($20.3 million U.S) is expected to be drawn in the first quarter of 2015, concurrently with the Shannon project financing.
