The renewed Bid will be for up to 8,725,822 shares of the Company over a period of one year, being 10% of Company's public float, with up to 1,645,176 shares of the Company purchasable over any 30-day period within the Bid Period, being 2% of Company's public float. East West Petroleum Corp.
