A total of 4,312,500 Units (including Units issued pursuant to the exercise in full of the over-allotment option granted to the underwriters by the REIT) were issued at a price of $0.80 U.S. per Unit for total gross proceeds of $46,575,000 U.S. WPT Industrial Real Estate Investment Trust
shares T.WIR.U are trading down $0.26 at $11.44.
